Bihar Government 32 New Deluxe Buses Reach Patna With Panic Buttons and Cameras

Bihar Government 32 New Deluxe Buses equipped with panic buttons and cameras arrive in Patna

The Bihar Government 32 New Deluxe Buses have reached Patna to improve interstate travel for passengers. The buses were brought by the Bihar State Road Transport Corporation (BSRTC) and will soon start operations after completing registration and permit formalities.

The Bihar Government 32 New Deluxe Buses aim to make long-distance journeys safer and more comfortable. Each bus has modern safety features, including panic buttons and CCTV cameras to monitor passengers and improve security during travel.

Officials said every bus has three cameras. Two cameras monitor the passenger area, while another camera helps drivers while reversing. Passengers can press the panic button during emergencies, which sends an alert to the control room.

The new buses are currently stationed at a yard in Fatuha near Patna. Authorities expect them to start running from the first week of May after completing paperwork.

The buses will run between Bihar and major cities such as Delhi and Haryana. The move will reduce dependence on private operators and provide more reliable travel options for passengers.
