Bihar Weather remains extremely hot across the state, though some northern districts may see rain and thunderstorms in the coming days. Bihar Weather shows a mixed pattern, with relief expected in a few areas while intense heat continues in others.
The weather department said light rain with thunder may occur at one or two places in northern districts such as Araria, East Champaran, Kishanganj, Madhubani, Sheohar, Sitamarhi, and Supaul. These showers may bring temporary relief from the heat.
However, Patna and many parts of southern Bihar will continue to face hot and dry conditions. Strong western winds are expected to keep temperatures high in these regions.
On Friday, Dehri recorded the highest temperature in the state at around 44°C. Patna also remained very hot, with temperatures crossing 40°C.
Weather experts said moisture from the Bay of Bengal may trigger thunderstorms and light rainfall in parts of North Bihar until April 29. Where rain occurs, temperatures may drop slightly, offering some relief from the heat.
