Patna’s Largest Hospital in India PMCH is getting a massive redevelopment that will change healthcare in Bihar. Chief Minister Nitish Kumar visited the hospital to check the ongoing work. The new facilities will help the Largest Hospital in India PMCH serve people with modern medical care.

The hospital will have 5,462 beds, making it the biggest in the country. The Chief Minister reviewed the emergency unit, ICUs, modular operation theatres, oxygen pipelines, and consultation rooms. He also checked departments such as Medicine, Dental, Gynecology, and Obstetrics.

Nitish Kumar said on Instagram that PMCH is being rebuilt to provide world-class healthcare. Once the project is complete, people will not need to travel abroad for advanced treatment. The hospital will offer updated services and better patient care.

During the inspection, he also visited the rooftop air ambulance landing zone. This new feature will help patients get faster emergency support. Officials shared updates on the status of construction and the facilities being added.

PMCH is set to become a symbol of modern healthcare in India and a major lifeline for millions.
