Telangana BJP President R. Ramchander Rao announced full support for the BC Bandh demanding 42% reservations for Backward Classes. Speaking to reporters, he said the bandh is being observed to protest the Congress government’s injustice towards BCs.
Rao emphasized that it is the Congress Party’s responsibility to implement its own promise of providing 42% BC reservations without delay.
He also expressed confidence that the BJP will emerge victorious in the Jubilee Hills by-election, reflecting the growing support for the party across Telangana. Later, Ramchander Rao attended the Barsi celebrations at Hathiramji Mutt in Tirupati, after which he returned to Hyderabad.
