BJP Hails ‘Atal–Modi Suparipalana Yatra’ as a Major Success in Andhra Pradesh
The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) in Andhra Pradesh on Wednesday described the ‘Atal–Modi Suparipalana Yatra’ as a huge success, State president Bandi Sanjay Madhav said. Addressing the media ahead of the unveiling of former Prime Minister Atal Bihari Vajpayee’s statue in Amaravati on December 25, he lauded the overwhelming response from party workers and the public during the yatra.
Mr. Madhav said the initiative aimed to highlight the achievements of the Vajpayee and Narendra Modi governments and raise awareness about their development-oriented policies. He noted that the yatra strengthened the party’s connect with citizens across various districts, reinforcing its message of good governance, infrastructure growth, and social welfare.
The State president also emphasised that the statue unveiling ceremony would serve as a tribute to Vajpayee’s leadership and legacy. Party leaders and workers are gearing up for the event, which is expected to draw widespread participation from political leaders, supporters, and residents of Amaravati.
