The BJP–LJP seat-sharing deal is almost finalized as discussions between the two NDA allies continue in Delhi. Union Minister Nityanand Rai has met LJP-R President Chirag Paswan several times in the past 24 hours to resolve seat allocation issues. According to reports, this is the fourth meeting, with discussions lasting about 30 minutes each time.
Chirag Paswan confirmed that respectful and positive talks are underway. The BJP–LJP seat-sharing deal will likely be announced soon. Rai, who was tasked with persuading Chirag, stated that the atmosphere is now positive and that most differences have been resolved.
Initially, Chirag was upset over the NDA’s seat distribution demand, but recent meetings indicate a breakthrough. BJP leaders Dharmendra Pradhan and Nityanand Rai have assured Chirag of fair representation. The NDA’s Bihar seat-sharing exercise is now in its final stages, with an official announcement expected shortly.
