BRABU experience certificate irregularities have surfaced after an internal verification at Babasaheb Bhimrao Ambedkar Bihar University in Muzaffarpur. The university found problems in the experience certificates submitted by 70 assistant professors during their recruitment. The issue has raised serious concerns about document verification in the hiring process.
Officials checked the documents on 14 parameters and detected several irregularities. Some candidates showed experience as resource persons, while others claimed unpaid teaching work or positions that were never officially approved. A few teachers reportedly worked in colleges for small honorariums and used those records as experience proof.
Because of these BRABU experience certificate irregularities, the university has sent a report to the University Service Commission. Authorities may cancel appointments and file police complaints in serious cases. Some teachers’ postings and salaries have already been stopped.
Meanwhile, the university plans to open the undergraduate admission portal after April 20 as it prepares for the next academic session.
