A shocking crime in Bhagalpur, Bihar, has left locals horrified. Brutality in Bhagalpur was reported after the body of a missing young man, Abhishek, was found in pieces near Shahpur Bridge on Friday evening. His head and leg were also cut off.
Abhishek had been missing since December 23. His family reported him missing the next day. Police recovered his body wrapped in a sack. The attackers had shot him in the thigh and then used a blade to cut his body into three pieces.
Police have arrested three men, including Radhe and Rithik from Mirzapur, who confessed to the crime during questioning. Investigators said the dispute began over a mobile phone issue, leading to Abhishek’s murder.
Abhishek’s uncle said the young man had been living with him while working as a weaver. He had married last year and left behind a one-year-old son. His wife is devastated by his brutal death.
Authorities continue searching for the severed head and leg while questioning the suspects further to understand the full motive behind this horrific crime.
