Bulldozer action in Bihar has created strong reactions across many districts. In Begusarai, a young man expressed his anger in an unexpected way. He said the bulldozer action in Bihar destroyed his house and tea stall without any notice. Hurt and frustrated, he cut his braid in front of the camera. He said that he followed Modi and Giriraj Singh as his role models and kept the braid for ten years.
He added that his house was his pride. When it vanished, he felt the braid had no value. His video quickly became viral. In another moment of protest, he tied a saffron scarf around a dog’s neck.
The administration has continued its drive to clear illegal encroachments in Begusarai and other districts. JCB machines removed several small structures, including huts and tea stalls. The youth, named Kundan, stepped into the scene and cut his braid while the operation was going on.
Across Bihar, bulldozers are clearing encroachments along roads, railway lines, and near the NH. Patna has also formed teams to remove illegal structures.
