Chennai IAS Academy Hands Over The Hindu Year Book 2026 to Aspirants
An IAS coaching academy in Chennai distributed The Hindu Year Book 2026 to its students on Tuesday, highlighting the importance of credible and comprehensive reference material for civil services preparation. The event was organised at the academy premises and was attended by faculty members and aspirants enrolled in various stages of examination training.
Speaking on the occasion, academy officials said The Hindu Year Book remained an essential resource for UPSC and State civil services aspirants, as it provided well-structured information on national and international affairs, government policies, economy, science and technology, environment, and social issues. They noted that regular reading of authentic publications helped students develop analytical skills and a balanced understanding of current affairs.
Faculty members encouraged students to use the year book not only for prelims preparation but also for enriching answers in the mains examination and interviews. Students welcomed the initiative, stating that access to updated and reliable study material would strengthen their overall preparation and boost confidence ahead of the competitive examinations.
