Kuppam: Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu will inaugurate the ‘Sanjeevani’ health scheme today in Kuppam as a pilot project. The initiative aims to conduct blood tests for individuals above 30 years of age to help identify potential health issues at an early stage.
The government believes that early detection through regular testing can significantly improve preventive healthcare across the state. After its launch in Kuppam, the scheme will be gradually extended to Chittoor district and later to all other districts in Andhra Pradesh. The Chief Minister has directed officials to utilize the 104 mobile medical vehicles to carry out these health tests efficiently.
The ‘Sanjeevani’ program reflects the government’s focus on public health and early diagnosis, ensuring better medical access for rural and urban populations alike.
