Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu welcomed the Union Budget and described it as forward-looking, balanced, and a strong growth catalyst for the State. Speaking in Kuppam, he said the Budget supports Andhra Pradesh’s development goals and helps India move closer to becoming a developed nation by 2047.
Mr. Naidu praised several proposals that are beneficial to the State. He welcomed the announcement of a new rail corridor and a rare earth corridor, saying these projects will improve connectivity, boost industry, and create jobs. He said such infrastructure projects will attract investment and strengthen the State’s economy.
The Chief Minister also said the Budget supports innovation, manufacturing, and long-term growth. According to him, the Centre has understood the needs of States and aligned national plans with regional priorities.
Overall, Mr. Naidu said the Budget gives Andhra Pradesh new opportunities and supports its journey towards faster and inclusive development.
