Telangana Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy has directed officials to immediately release ₹500 crore to the state’s Health and Medical Department. During a review meeting held at his residence with Health Minister Damodar Rajanarasimha and Special Chief Secretary Vikas Raj, the Chief Minister emphasized the urgent need to revamp government hospitals and enhance healthcare services for the public.
He instructed officials to ensure better facilities and quality medical care in all government hospitals across the state. CM Revanth also reviewed the expenditure on TIMS hospitals and ongoing medical college construction projects, stressing timely completion and transparency.
Meanwhile, the Chief Minister is scheduled to visit Hanamkonda today to inspect local development works and review public welfare initiatives in the district.
