CRDA Distributes 115 Plots to Amaravati Farmers via E-Lottery
The Capital Region Development Authority (CRDA) has allotted 115 plots to farmers of Amaravati through an e-lottery system. The allotment was done in a transparent and fair manner to ensure justice to all eligible farmers who gave their land for the capital city project.
CRDA officials clarified that plots with road cuts were not allotted in this round. They also assured that no plot has been given on land that was not acquired from the farmers. This was done to avoid confusion and maintain trust among the farmers.
The e-lottery process was conducted in the presence of officials and farmer representatives. Many farmers welcomed the move and expressed satisfaction with the clear procedure. CRDA stated that the allotment of plots is part of the land pooling scheme and aims to support farmers by providing them developed land in return for their contribution to the capital development.
