Deputy CM Urges Telangana Officials to Remain Accountable and Serve Public Diligently
Telangana Deputy Chief Minister Mallu Bhatti Vikramarka on Tuesday emphasised that government officials and staff must remain accountable to the public and perform their duties diligently. Speaking in Khammam, he stated that public welfare is the sole objective of the government and that any negligence by officials would not be tolerated.
Mr. Bhatti Vikramarka highlighted that the government has now entered its third year and reiterated the importance of efficiency, transparency, and responsibility in administration. He urged officials to prioritise citizen-centric governance and ensure that developmental schemes and welfare initiatives reach the intended beneficiaries without delay.
The Deputy CM also stressed the need for proactive engagement with the public and encouraged staff to address grievances promptly. He called upon all government employees to uphold ethical standards and work with dedication, noting that accountability and timely service delivery are essential for maintaining public trust and promoting inclusive development across Telangana.
