Hyderabad: Ahead of the Jubilee Hills Assembly by-election notification, District Election Officer R.V. Karnan inspected the Returning Officer’s (RO) office set up at the Shaikpet Tahsildar Office on Monday. He reviewed the arrangements with the RO and Assistant Returning Officer (ARO), ensuring that all procedures are in place for the smooth conduct of nominations.
Karnan directed officials to strictly adhere to Election Commission of India (ECI) guidelines and maintain full transparency throughout the election process. He verified logistics, nomination counters, and security arrangements at the venue.
The DEO emphasized the importance of a fair and efficient nomination process and instructed staff to remain vigilant and cooperative. Officials confirmed that all necessary technical and administrative preparations had been completed to ensure the bypoll proceeds seamlessly and in accordance with electoral regulations.
