The Election Commission has directed officials to give voter slips at least five days before the polling day. This step ensures that every voter in Bihar gets their slip on time. Officials will also prepare a list of voters who do not receive their slips.
Chief Electoral Officer Vinod Singh Guniyal said that webcasting will take place at all polling booths. District officers must create a simple communication plan that includes contact numbers of booth-level officers, teachers, and sector officers.
After voting, Form 17C will be given to political party agents. Officials will also review Form 12D for home and postal voting.
The Election Commission will test its PRO and ECINET apps in Patna to make sure everything works before the election.
