Chairman Pratap of the Kuppam Rural Electric Cooperative Society Limited (RESCO) has warned people against fake job offers in the organization. He clarified that no new recruitment is being conducted at present.
He revealed that several fraudsters are collecting money from people by promising jobs in RESCO. According to reports, the scammers have been demanding between ₹2 lakh and ₹5 lakh for each fake appointment. The chairman condemned such illegal activities and urged citizens not to believe false claims.
Pratap stated that several unauthorized recruitments took place in the past five years without a valid license. He mentioned that an internal inquiry identified irregularities in those appointments and assured strict action against anyone found guilty.
The chairman appealed to the public to remain vigilant against job scams. He advised people not to pay money for employment opportunities and to report any suspicious activities to the authorities immediately.
