Family of Arrested Doctor in Faridabad Explosives Case Denies Terror Links
The family of the doctor arrested in connection with the recent explosives seizure in Faridabad has denied any links to terrorism, claiming that he is being wrongly implicated. Speaking to the media, Azad Shakeel, a relative of the accused, said the family, who are farmers by occupation, have previously faced harassment from stone-pelters for their nationalist stance. He asserted that the doctor had no involvement in illegal or extremist activities and urged authorities to conduct a fair and transparent investigation. Police had earlier detained the doctor following the recovery of explosives from a vehicle, which is now being probed for possible connections to the Red Fort blast in Delhi. Officials stated that forensic and intelligence teams are examining evidence to determine the doctor’s role, if any. Meanwhile, the family has appealed to the government to ensure justice and prevent wrongful accusations
