Goa Arpora Fire News shook Assam as three residents died in a tragic nightclub blaze in Goa. Rahul Tanti (60) and Manojit Mal (24) from Cachar, and Diganta Patir from Dhemaji, lost their lives while working at the club.

Families revealed they had no local jobs, forcing them to migrate for work. Villagers highlighted that many youths from Barak Valley move to cities like Goa and Bengaluru for better livelihoods.

The club fire killed 25 people, mostly employees. Authorities arrested the club manager and four others, while the owner fled the state.

Assam Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma expressed grief on social media, offering condolences to the families and wishing speedy recovery to the injured. Families lamented the lack of support in bringing back the bodies and shared the emotional and financial struggles they now face.
