Gujarat into the final in IPL after captain Shubman Gill played a superb knock of 104 runs from 53 balls. His innings helped Gujarat Titans chase a huge target of 215 runs with eight balls left. Sai Sudharsan also impressed with a quick 58 and shared a 167-run opening partnership with Gill.
Earlier, Rajasthan Royals scored 214/6 in 20 overs. Young batter Vaibhav Sooryavanshi starred with 96 runs, while Donovan Ferreira added an unbeaten 38. Despite their strong total, Rajasthan could not stop Gujarat’s powerful batting lineup.
The seven-wicket victory sends Gujarat Titans to their third IPL final. They will now face Royal Challengers Bengaluru in the title clash.
