The Chief Minister said Constitution Day inspires every Indian to uphold the nation’s core values. He also noted that the Constitution guides India toward strength, empowerment, and unity. Furthermore, he explained that the Haryana Government works to implement these principles through inclusive and people-first development efforts.

In addition, he highlighted that the state’s governance structure stands on transparency, social justice, and broad public participation. These pillars, he said, push Haryana toward a more balanced and progressive future.

The Chief Minister praised Prime Minister Narendra Modi for firmly safeguarding the Constitution. He added that the PM’s mantra—Sabka Saath, Sabka Vikas, Sabka Vishwas, Sabka Prayas—truly reflects the Constitution’s essence and national direction.

Later, CM Saini urged citizens to understand their rights along with their duties. He especially encouraged the youth to study the Constitution deeply and contribute meaningfully to nation-building. According to him, national interest and constitutional dignity must always remain a priority.

The event drew the presence of Vidhan Sabha Speaker Harvinder Kalyan, several ministers, MLAs, senior officers, and Vidhan Sabha staff. Their participation strengthened the celebration of a day that honors India’s democratic foundation.
