The Haryana Government has increased the Dearness Allowance (DA) and Dearness Relief (DR) for its workers and pensioners. The new rate is 58%, up from 55%, starting July 1, 2025.
Chief Secretary Anurag Rastogi said the higher DA and DR will be added to the October 2025 pay and pension. The arrears for July to September 2025 will be given in November 2025.
Those under the 7th Pay Commission will get this benefit. Payments with 50 paise or more will round up to the next rupee. Smaller fractions will be ignored. This raise helps employees and pensioners manage rising living costs.
