Haryana Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini has launched the Lado Yojana, a new welfare scheme for women. In the first phase of the Deen Dayal Lado Lakshmi Yojana, women from families with an annual income below ₹1 lakh will receive ₹2100 every month. The aim is to give direct financial help to women and improve their independence.
CM Saini said this scheme will expand in phases. Over time, women from higher-income families will also be included. The government wants the benefits of the Lado Yojana to reach as many households as possible.
This scheme is being seen as a major step toward women’s empowerment in Haryana. With ₹2100 coming in every month, women can support household expenses or use the money for small income-generating activities. It also reduces dependence on others and strengthens their role in family decisions.
The Lado Yojana fulfills one of the key promises made by the BJP government in Haryana. Leaders believe it will improve women’s participation in social and economic fields. People across the state hope that the scheme will not only provide immediate relief but also create long-term opportunities for women’s growth and financial stability.
