A total of 510 cases were listed before the court on the same day. Lawyers were present in 475 cases. Justice Mishra heard all these matters and passed orders without delay. The remaining cases, where lawyers were absent, were scheduled for another date.
The smooth and fast proceedings were possible due to strong preparation by assistant public prosecutors. They presented clear case summaries and key facts, which helped the court take quick decisions. Many accused persons received relief after waiting for long periods.
Legal experts said such efforts can reduce pressure on courts and clear pending cases faster. They also noted that speed did not affect fairness, as each case was reviewed carefully.
