In the Bihar Election 2025 seat-sharing talks, Chirag Paswan NDA seat-sharing deal became the biggest highlight. After days of discussion in Patna and Delhi, the NDA finally announced the distribution of seats. BJP and JDU got 101 seats each, while Chirag Paswan’s LJP (Ram Vilas) secured 29 seats, proving his growing influence within the alliance.
Chirag initially demanded 40 seats and later insisted on 30, forcing BJP to agree on 29. Other allies like HAM and RLSP had to settle for fewer seats. This outcome clearly showed that Chirag Paswan, who calls himself PM Modi’s “Hanuman,” succeeded in strengthening his position.
In the previous election, Chirag had fought separately and caused serious damage to JDU, costing it nearly 40 seats. To prevent a repeat, BJP decided to accommodate him this time. Both BJP and JDU even sacrificed three seats each to meet his demand. This compromise underlines Chirag’s importance in Bihar’s political balance.
Chirag Paswan NDA seat-sharing deal not only reshaped the seat equation but also highlighted his emergence as a key power player in the NDA camp.
