HYDRAA to host weekly phone-in for public complaints

The Hyderabad Roads and Amenities Authority (HYDRAA) has announced a weekly phone-in program to address public complaints. Citizens can call in every Saturday to report issues related to lakes, roads, parks, public utilities, and land encroachment.

Officials said the initiative aims to improve public services and civic infrastructure by directly listening to the concerns of residents. During the program, complaints will be recorded, verified, and forwarded to the concerned departmentsfor action. Citizens are encouraged to provide clear details about the issues, including locations and photographs, if possible.

HYDRAA officials emphasized that this program will help speed up problem-solving and increase accountability in city maintenance. They also said regular monitoring and follow-up will ensure that complaints are resolved quickly and efficiently.

Residents of Hyderabad welcomed the initiative, saying it gives them a platform to voice concerns and contribute to better management of public spaces and services in the city.
