At the IBC24 Janjatiya Pragya event in Bhopal, Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav honoured renowned tribal personalities and highlighted India’s ongoing transformation under Prime Minister Narendra Modi. Speaking at the Kushabhau Thakre Auditorium, he said the New Education Policy has strengthened young India’s cultural connection, while the tribal community has always lived in harmony with society through its traditional symbols.
CM Yadav noted that Indian cinema is now promoting nationalism more strongly and that the country witnessed major positive change during and after the Covid-19 crisis, when vaccines ensured public safety. He added that India is emerging as a global economic power.
During the programme, organised by IBC24, Dr. Yadav discussed the state’s initiatives in tribal welfare, healthcare, environment and wildlife conservation. He also interacted with channel editors Praveen Dubey and Vishwesh Thakur.
The CM felicitated several tribal achievers, including Padma awardee Arjun Dhurve (Dindori), Phuljharia Bai (Dindori), Suryabhan Maravi (Balaghat), Sakshi Bhawadia (Alirajpur), Priyanka (Alirajpur), Rohit Vaishakhi (Barwani) and Basanti Devi (Anuppur).
