The Jaipur Polo Team clinched their second trophy of the season, defeating Dynamix Achievers 6-5 to lift the BM Birla Cup at the Rajasthan Polo Club. HH Maharaja Sawai Padmanabh Singh and Lance Watson each scored twice to lead Jaipur to victory.
The match was evenly poised from the start. Vandit Golecha scored for Jaipur, while Shivangi Jai Singh netted for Dynamix to end the first chukker at 1-1. Dynamix took control in the second and third chukkers, with Daniel Otamendi scoring a hat-trick and Shivangi Singh completing her brace, giving Dynamix a 5-2 lead.
Jaipur launched an epic comeback in the fourth chukker. Devvrat Singh Jhalamand scored the first goal, followed by two crucial strikes from Sawai Padmanabh Singh. The fourth chukker ended tied at 5-5, forcing a final, decisive fifth chukker. Lance Watson scored the lone goal of the period to seal Jaipur’s victory.
Earlier, Jaipur had beaten Suhana All Stars 8-4 in the semi-final. The team also secured titles at the Gen Amar Singh Kanota Cup, Sawai Man Guard Cup, and Chinkara Cup, showcasing consistent dominance this season.
