JDU reacts to Modi rally in Mamata Banerjee’s West Bengal rally

JDU Reacts to Modi Rally in Mamata Banerjee’s West Bengal Rally as the Janata Dal (United) strongly supported Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s recent public meeting in the state. Party leaders said the rally reflected growing public anger against the Trinamool Congress government.

JDU spokesperson Khalid Anwar claimed that people in West Bengal are unhappy with long-term TMC rule. He said voters now want development, safety, and better governance. According to him, the mood on the ground shows a clear desire for change.

Anwar also spoke about the Special Intensive Revision (SIR) of voter lists. He said authorities removed many names during the process. He claimed these entries belonged to illegal settlers and had influenced past elections. JDU leaders believe this move will bring transparency and fairness to future polls.

The party added that political groups depending on illegal votes will struggle in upcoming elections. JDU leaders said genuine voters will now decide the state’s future.

During the rally, Prime Minister Modi criticized the Mamata Banerjee government over law and order, corruption, and illegal immigration. He urged citizens to support leadership focused on development and national security.

JDU said the rally strengthened democratic voices and boosted confidence among voters seeking change.
