Tej Pratap Yadav Bihar Elections 2025 campaign began with the release of his party’s first list of 21 candidates. The Janshakti Janata Dal (JJD) chief and elder son of Lalu Prasad Yadav will contest from Mahua in Vaishali. The list includes names like Sanjay Yadav (Madhepura), Surabhi Yadav (Samastipur), Meenu Kumari (Patna Sahib), and Ashutosh (Motihari). Three women candidates also received tickets.
This marks JJD’s debut in the Bihar political race. The party plans to release a second list soon. Tej Pratap Yadav Bihar Elections 2025 strategy also involves alliances with Vikas Vanchit Insaan Party, Bhojpuri Jan Morcha, Pragatisheel Janata Party, Waajib Adhikar Party, and Samyukta Kisan Vikas Party. The move shows his intent to make JJD a strong regional force in upcoming Bihar polls.
