Famous singer Kailash Kher was deeply impressed by the charm of Jodhpur during his recent visit, calling the city one of the most beautiful places in Rajasthan. Speaking to the media, Kher said he shares a special emotional connection with Jodhpur, popularly known as the Sun City and the Blue City. He recalled earlier visits and said the city has always given him unforgettable memories.
Kher highlighted that Rajasthan’s culture, colours and warmth make it a unique destination for global travellers. He added that he especially loves Rajasthan’s winters, describing the soft winter sunshine as comforting and inviting. According to him, every corner of the state holds something remarkable for visitors, making Rajasthan a must-visit for people from around the world.
Reflecting on his musical journey, Kher shared how he started his career in Mumbai by singing jingles before rising to fame with the iconic song “Allah Ke Bande.” His hit track “Teri Deewani” remains one of the most loved Sufi-fusion songs in India. Over the years, he has sung in multiple Indian languages and received prestigious awards, including the Padma Shri.
