The TPCC will meet at Gandhi Bhavan today, and the leadership plans to review several key issues. Newly appointed DCC presidents, former DCC chiefs and TPCC executives will join the discussions. Leaders will examine the recent DCC appointments and also seek suggestions from outgoing presidents. In addition, they will discuss organisational changes, local body election plans and the Delhi protest on vote-theft allegations.
TPCC chief Mahesh Kumar Goud will lead the meeting, while Chief Minister Revanth Reddy and AICC leaders Meenakshi Natarajan, Viswanathan and Sachin Sawant will also participate. As a result, the focus will shift to securing strong results in ZP and Municipal elections. The leaders will also address disputes that surfaced in a few districts, especially the Nalgonda DCC controversy.
The party will give a farewell to outgoing DCC presidents and use their feedback for future planning. Moreover, leaders will discuss district committee structures and unfinished organisational tasks. They will also check the progress of the signature campaign for the December 14 protest in Delhi.
The meeting will highlight the need for permanent district party offices since many units still operate without proper buildings. Only DCC chiefs and key office-bearers will gain entry. Meanwhile, AICC in-charge Meenakshi Natarajan will stay in Hyderabad for a week to guide preparations and resolve internal disputes.
