RJD chief Lalu Prasad Yadav has strongly criticized the BJP for calling a Bihar Bandh over comments made against Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s mother. The Bihar Bandh was announced after a Congress-RJD rally in Darbhanga, where offensive words were allegedly used against PM Modi on stage. The BJP quickly reacted, calling it an insult not only to Modi but also to the pride of Bihar.
Lalu Yadav hit back at the BJP through a sharp social media post. He warned the party not to underestimate Biharis. According to him, the BJP should focus on solving people’s problems instead of spreading anger through bandh politics. He accused the ruling party of playing diversionary games to hide failures.
This issue has triggered a new round of political fights in Bihar. While BJP leaders continue to condemn the remarks as unacceptable, RJD leaders argue that the BJP is using the matter to gain sympathy. The clash reflects the heated atmosphere as both sides prepare for the upcoming elections in the state.
