Light Sound Shows Honour Sri Guru Tegh Bahadur as Punjab continues its major tribute to the Ninth Guru. These events also highlight his supreme sacrifice and inspire devotees across the state. The Light & Sound shows drew huge crowds in Tarn Taran, Moga, Shaheed Bhagat Singh Nagar and Bathinda.
The Punjab Government, under Chief Minister Bhagwant Singh Mann, organised these shows as part of the 350th Martyrdom Anniversary celebrations. Senior leaders, including Cabinet Ministers, MLAs and the Speaker of the Punjab Vidhan Sabha, joined the sangat at each location.
In Tarn Taran, Jail and Transport Minister Laljit Singh Bhullar and MLA Sarvan Singh Dhun attended the show. Moga hosted another major event where Speaker Kultar Singh Sandhwan, Dr. Amandeep Kaur Arora and other MLAs met the gathering and honoured the teachings of Sri Guru Tegh Bahadur Ji.
Finance Minister Harpal Singh Cheema joined the sangat at Shaheed Bhagat Singh Nagar. Agriculture Minister Gurmeet Singh Khuddian and local MLAs attended the Bathinda event as well.
Devotees praised the initiative. The shows used 3D projection and advanced laser technology to bring the Guru’s life, philosophy and spiritual message alive on screen.
Punjab will conclude the final phase of these Light & Sound shows on November 20 at Sri Anandpur Sahib, Malerkotla and Mansa.
