A shocking turn has come in the Dularchand murder case in Mokama, Bihar. Dularchand Yadav, a Jansuraj Party supporter, was earlier thought to have died from a gunshot wound. However, doctors confirmed that the Dularchand murder case cause of death was not a bullet injury but brutal assault and being run over by a vehicle. The post-mortem report showed a bullet had passed through his heel, but fatal injuries were due to crushing and beating.
Police have filed three FIRs and arrested two suspects for stone-pelting. Rural SP Vikram Sihag stated that raids are continuing to catch the accused. Meanwhile, tensions remain high between Grand Alliance and NDA supporters. The district administration denied rumors of shooting during Dularchand’s funeral.
Security was tight during the post-mortem and cremation at Umanath Ghat. Later, Grand Alliance candidate Veena Devi’s convoy was attacked with stones near Pandarak, damaging vehicles. A video allegedly showing Dularchand throwing stones also went viral, though its authenticity is unverified.
