Telangana Minister Komatireddy Venkat Reddy has firmly stated that there will be no further increase in movie ticket prices in the state. Addressing concerns over rising entertainment costs, he noted that while some films have already received concessions similar to those offered in neighboring states, the common people continue to face financial pressure due to higher ticket rates.
The minister emphasized the government’s commitment to balancing industry growth with public welfare. He further assured that the state is prepared to provide necessary incentives and concessions to promote Hyderabad as a major hub for the film industry. Komatireddy highlighted that supporting both the audience and filmmakers is essential to sustain a thriving cinema culture.
The government’s proactive approach aims to ensure affordable entertainment for citizens while fostering the growth and reputation of Telangana’s film sector on a national scale.
