Minister Seetakka outlined various initiatives undertaken by the Andhra Pradesh government for the empowerment and welfare of women. Speaking at a program in NBT Nagar, she highlighted that women’s associations are being provided with interest-free loans, along with free bus travel and insurance facilities to support their social and economic activities.
She also mentioned the provision of facilities for Anganwadi teachers, the establishment of Mahila Bhavan, and the construction of new Anganwadi buildings across the state. These initiatives are part of the government’s effort to strengthen women’s participation in development and provide them with the necessary infrastructure and financial support.
Minister Seetakka emphasized that women’s empowerment is key to the progress of the state, and the government is committed to ensuring that women have access to resources, opportunities, and support systems to actively contribute to social and economic growth.
