NASA is planning to launch the Artemis II mission in early March. This mission will send astronauts around the Moon for the first time in nearly 50 years since the Apollo missions.

Artemis II will carry four astronauts on a 10-day journey. They will travel around the far side of the Moon and then return safely to Earth. The mission will not land on the Moon, but it is an important step before future missions that plan to land astronauts on the lunar surface.

NASA said the mission will test important systems of the Orion spacecraft and the Space Launch System rocket. These tests will help ensure that future Moon missions are safe.

The Artemis program aims to bring humans back to the Moon and prepare for future missions to Mars. This launch marks a major milestone in space exploration and a new chapter in human space travel.
