The NDA Manifesto 2025 Bihar, titled Sankalp Patra 2025, outlines ten key promises to make Bihar stronger and more developed. Released in Patna, it focuses on jobs, women empowerment, farmers, industry, and infrastructure.
First, it guarantees 10 million government jobs for youth. Second, a Women’s Employment Scheme will help women gain financial independence. Third, farmers will benefit from MSP law and an expanded Kisan Samman Nidhi. Fourth, seven new expressways and 3600 km of modern rail lines are planned. Fifth, metro services will start in Patna, Gaya, Muzaffarpur, Darbhanga, and Bhagalpur.
Sixth, a New Patna Greenfield City with IT parks and industries will be built. Seventh, the Bihar Industrial Mission will bring ₹1 lakh crore investment. Eighth, the Panchamrit Scheme promises free ration, power, and housing for the poor. Ninth, free education and health up to ₹5 lakh will be provided. Finally, the NDA aims for a flood-free Bihar and promotes spiritual tourism at major temples.
