The Nishant Kumar Bihar Yatra will begin on May 3, marking the first major political tour of JD(U) leader Nishant Kumar across the state. The Nishant Kumar Bihar Yatra will start from West Champaran, a region known for its historic political significance.
During the tour, Nishant plans to travel across all 38 districts of Bihar. The journey aims to connect with party workers and understand the issues faced by people at the grassroots level.
The choice of Champaran holds symbolic importance. It is linked to Mahatma Gandhi and the historic Champaran Satyagraha. Nishant is following the political tradition of his father Nitish Kumar, who also launched several political campaigns from the same region.
Nishant recently entered active politics and joined Janata Dal (United). His statewide tour is expected to strengthen the party’s grassroots network and help him connect with voters across the state.
