Nitin Nabin Property details became public after the BJP leader filed his affidavit for the Rajya Sabha nomination. The document shows his education, assets, vehicles, and financial liabilities. The affidavit also reveals financial information about BJP candidate Shivesh Kumar.
According to the affidavit, Nitin Nabin Property includes movable assets worth about ₹1.16 crore. His wife owns movable assets worth around ₹84 lakh and immovable property valued at about ₹1.47 crore. Nabin himself does not have immovable property. He has about ₹55,000 in cash and around ₹62 lakh in bank deposits.
The BJP leader has completed education up to the Intermediate level. His assets include a Scorpio and an Innova Crysta car, while loans of nearly ₹32 lakh remain outstanding on them.
Meanwhile, BJP candidate Shivesh Kumar reported an annual income of about ₹24.35 lakh. His movable assets total nearly ₹98 lakh, and his immovable property is valued at about ₹2.72 crore. He also owns licensed firearms, including a revolver and a rifle, as mentioned in the affidavit.
Both leaders submitted these details while filing their nominations for the Rajya Sabha elections in Bihar.
