Chief Minister Nitish Kumar campaigned for NDA candidates on Saturday at rallies in Hulasganj, Jehanabad, and Bhawanichak Surungapur Sports Ground in Sadar Block. At Hulasganj, he emphasized the growing role of women, noting their 50 percent presence in many sectors. He recalled granting women 35 percent reservation in government jobs and highlighted that Bihar now has the highest number of female constables.

Nitish said Bihar’s development accelerated when education, health, and employment reached half the population. The Chief Minister credited the Saat Nischay Yojana for transforming villages, providing clean water to every home, and improving hospital services. He announced that 2.58 lakh teachers were appointed, and 2.62 lakh employed teachers were regularized. Madrasas now receive government recognition, and their teachers earn salaries equal to regular school teachers.

Nitish criticized the previous RJD government for not opening any medical colleges, contrasting it with the 27 colleges established under his administration. He also highlighted better connectivity, noting Patna is now reachable from anywhere in Bihar within five hours.

The Chief Minister claimed his government created 1 million jobs and employed 4 million people in the last five years. He added that Bihar received full support from the central government and stressed that no community faced discrimination. Religious sites, including graveyards and temples, received proper fencing and boundary walls.
