Operation Sindoor Was Just a Trailer’: Rajnath Highlights BrahMos Power
Defence Minister Rajnath Singh on Saturday declared that every inch of Pakistan’s territory is within the striking range of the BrahMos missile system, sending a strong message amid rising regional tensions. Speaking at the new BrahMos Aerospace facility in Sarojini Nagar, Lucknow, Singh said, “Operation Sindoor was just a trailer. We have the capability to go much further if needed.”
BrahMos Aerospace has successfully produced the first batch of its supersonic missile system at the newly inaugurated integration and testing facility in Lucknow. This marks a major milestone in India’s defence manufacturing under the ‘Make in India’ initiative.
Rajnath Singh praised the scientific community and armed forces, calling the missile a symbol of India’s growing self-reliance in defence technology. The BrahMos missile, known for its speed and precision, significantly boosts India’s strategic capabilities. Singh’s remarks underline India’s readiness to defend its borders with strength.
