AIMIM chief Asaduddin Owaisi has sparked debate in Bihar politics with a strong statement. He claimed that if the NDA forms the next government in Bihar, Nitish Kumar will not return as Chief Minister. Instead, a BJP leader will take charge.
Speaking at a rally in Seemanchal, Owaisi criticized both the ruling NDA and the opposition. He dismissed allegations that his party helps the BJP by splitting Muslim votes. He said his party is confident of repeating its 2020 success, when it won five seats in Seemanchal.
Owaisi also revealed that his party has asked the INDIA alliance for six seats in the upcoming elections. He stressed that AIMIM does not want to be blamed for helping the BJP. According to him, the INDIA alliance’s response will show who is truly aiding the BJP.
The fight in Bihar is heating up, with Owaisi playing a bold card. His remarks have raised questions about Nitish Kumar’s future role and BJP’s next moves.
