Panvel Alipurduar Amrit Bharat Express has started its regular weekly service, bringing better rail connectivity for passengers traveling between Maharashtra, Bihar and West Bengal. The Panvel Alipurduar Amrit Bharat Express offers a long-distance travel option with modern facilities and improved comfort for general class passengers.
The train runs between Panvel and Alipurduar. It departs from Panvel every Monday and reaches Alipurduar after covering a distance of over 2,000 kilometers.
In Bihar, the train stops at major stations including Patliputra Junction, Hajipur Junction, Muzaffarpur Junction and Katihar Junction. These stops will help thousands of passengers from north Bihar travel easily to western and northeastern India.
The train includes charging points, better lighting, comfortable seating and improved safety features. Railway officials said the new service will reduce travel pressure on other long-route trains and improve overall passenger convenience.
