Param Sundari box office collection day 7 shows little improvement despite massive release numbers. Starring Sidharth Malhotra and Janhvi Kapoor, the film earned just Rs 2.75 crore on its seventh day, bringing its India net collection to over Rs 40 crore in the first week.
With nearly 4,000 shows across India, including 1,123 in Delhi NCR, Param Sundari box office collection day 7 highlights the film’s struggle to attract audiences. The occupancy rate remained weak at an average of 9.12%. Morning shows registered 7.51%, afternoons 9.71%, while evenings and nights closed at 8.71% and 10.48%.
In comparison, other recent releases have outperformed. Ahaan Panday’s Saiyaara touched Rs 170 crore in its first week, Hrithik Roshan’s War 2 crossed Rs 200 crore, and Ajay Devgn’s Raid 2 earned Rs 90 crore. Maddock Films, the banner behind blockbusters like Chhaava (Rs 601 crore), will be hoping for a weekend rebound.
Directed by Tushar Jalota, the film features a strong supporting cast including Sanjay Kapoor, Abhishek Banerjee, and Majot Singh. Despite Sachin-Jigar’s music and star power, Param Sundari has failed to match Maddock’s past romantic hits such as Love Aaj Kal and Cocktail.
