Patna teen beaten to death in a shocking incident that has stunned the Bihar capital. The brutal crime happened after a heated dispute over a girl, exposing the dark side of teenage violence. Patna teen beaten to death has now become a grim headline that has sparked fear and anger among locals.
The incident took place on Thursday night near Narayani Kanya Vidyalaya in the Kachori Gali area under Chowk police station limits. The victim, Amar Kumar, aged 17, was allegedly called out by his friends in the evening. Soon after, a fierce argument broke out.
According to the family, the dispute turned violent within minutes. Amar was beaten badly and lost consciousness on the spot. Two of the accused later took him to Nalanda Medical College and Hospital on a bike and fled.
Amar died during treatment. He was a resident of Shiv Colony, Mehandiganj, and worked as an e-rickshaw driver to support his family.
Police launched an investigation after CCTV footage surfaced. The visuals showed two teenagers carrying the injured boy on a bike. A joint raid by Mehandiganj and Chowk police led to the arrest of three accused. Efforts are ongoing to trace two more suspects.
