Andhra Pradesh Deputy Chief Minister Pawan Kalyan reacted strongly to the Srisailam forest officials’ attack. He said forest staff were obstructed during their duties and informed by senior officers about the incident.

Pawan Kalyan ordered a detailed inquiry. He asked officials to investigate the role of legislators and their followers. He also directed police to file criminal cases against those responsible.

He stressed that no one is above the law. “Even if it is a Prime Minister or Chief Minister, the law applies equally,” he declared.

The Deputy CM mentioned a new law being prepared under Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s leadership. This law would disqualify any elected leader within 31 days of arrest.

Pawan Kalyan also recalled a past statement in the Assembly. Both he and Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu had clearly said that even their own supporters would face action if guilty.

“Those in public life must control themselves first,” he tweeted. He added that the coalition government under Chandrababu Naidu will not tolerate anyone obstructing government employees.
