PCB Zonal Officer ACB Searches began on Friday after Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB) officials raided the residence of Tirupati Pollution Control Board (PCB) Zonal Officer Yugandhar Muniprasad. PCB Zonal Officer ACB Searches were launched following allegations that he owned assets disproportionate to his known sources of income.
The ACB teams searched his house in Chanakyapuri Colony, Kurnool. Officials also carried out simultaneous inspections at other locations linked to the officer.
During the raids, investigators examined several records, financial documents, diaries, and other important papers. They reportedly seized key documents for further investigation.
Sources said officials are checking whether the officer’s movable and immovable properties match his declared income during his government service. They are also investigating possible benami assets and other undisclosed investments.
The searches are still in progress, and the ACB has not yet released the final details about the value of the assets recovered. The raids have drawn significant attention within the Pollution Control Board department as the investigation continues.
